The hull was constructed by a local boat builder who has been producing fibreglass versions of this boat for a number of years. The classic design is rapid under the powerful yet simple lug rig. The simplicity of the rig allows the boat to be rigged in only a couple of minutes. She also acts well with oars or small outboard when the wind drops.
